Pictures of the Schülerinfotag

At the Schülerinfotag we've presented our interactive van Gogh computer simulation demo, which ran in parallel on a GPU workstation and an Android tablet. You can see the screenshots here.

KONWIHR Funding approved

The Kompetenznetzwerk für Wissenschaftliches Höchstleistungsrechnen in Bayern (KONWIHR) is funding a project which will investigate the optimization of n-body simulations utilizing LibGeoDecomp.

FAUmachine, fauhdlc, FAUcc

Today new versions of FAUmachine, fauhdlc, and FAUcc are released. They mainly offer bugfixes for gcc-4.7. You can download the new sources here, here, and here.
